Can I buy multiple tickets at once?
Yes! We only require the purchaser's Attendee Information for the purchase of multiple tickets regardless of ticket level. In order to successfully register the additional tickets an Attendee Information Form must be completed before the start of the event.

What if I’m a RaiseMasters or Capital Collective Member?
If you are an active RaiseMaster (RM) or Capital Collective (CC) member, your General Admission (GA) ticket will automatically be upgraded to VIP, provided your membership is active at the time of the event. If your membership expires before RaiseFest, your ticket will be downgraded to the GA level.
This upgrade is only for either members, not additional tickets purchased.
What are the dates of the conference?
The event will take place all day Thursday - Saturday, February 20-22, 2025.
We highly recommend that you arrive on Wednesday, February 19 for early registration, and check-out on Sunday, February 23.

Which airport should fly into?
We recommend that you fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) which is about 6 miles away from the hotel/venue.
How do I book my hotel and receive the discounted room rate?
Registered attendees receive a discounted room rate at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa which is the host hotel and venue for RaiseFest.
The Arizona Grand is a luxury all-suite resort with an onsite waterpark and golf course. Space is limited, and only available while rooms last. We recommend you book your stay at the time of your ticket purchase to ensure you receive the discounted room rate and other exclusive perks including reduced nightly resort fees, in-suite complementary high-speed internet, athletic club access, gratuity free housekeeping and bellmen services, self parking and complimentary warm up balls at the golf warm up area.

Can I bring a plus one/guest to the event?
All ticket purchases provide access to the event for one individual at the purchased ticket type level. You can purchase multiple tickets at the time of the purchase. We’ll capture the initial ticket purchase Attendee Information, and reach out via the email purchasers email provided with Attendee Information Form. Additionally Attendee Information must be submitted no later than Wednesday, February 12.
Are children allowed at the event or any other event experiences?

What do I need to bring to the event?
You'll need a valid Driver’s License or Gov/State issued Identification Card in order to receive your credentials and gain access to the event and other functions involved in the RaiseFest event program.
We do not recommend you bring or use your laptop top computer, ipads or other electronic devices during the event sessions as power and internet access will be limited. A notepad and pen are encouraged.
Refund and Credit Policy
- Refunds: A 100% refund is available up to 30 days before the event.
- Credits: If requested between 30 and 14 days before the event, you’ll receive a credit, applicable to any RaisingCapital.com product or future live event.
- No Refunds/Credits: Requests made less than 14 days before the event start date are ineligible for refunds or credits.
- Restrictions: Credits only apply to unrestricted ticket purchases. Tickets obtained through promotions or "gift with purchase" arrangements are void if unused and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Ticket processing fees and any hotel room bookings included with tickets are non-refundable and cannot be credited or transferred.
